My mission is to support individuals and teams through the challenging situations they meet. I like to stimulate collaboration and social innovation, to see projects unfold and people move forward. After 15 years of working in an international group, and then for a start-up and a non-profit organisation, I decided in 2015 to dedicate my experience and competencies to coaching. Enabling women to develop their skills and their leadership is a concrete means to favour diversity and contribute to a more successful, inclusive and innovative workplace.
